Certainly, time does seem to be less stable than it used to be, perhaps because we are accessing other dimensions where time has different qualities.  It can seem to be flowing faster but at other times we can access spaces where time moves at a very quiet and peaceful pace, not in a hurry at all.

Are things getting better and better or worse and worse?  That, too, depends on our perspective.  When I asked, the idea that came to me was that the old institutions and ways of being are getting ‘osteoporosis’.  That is to say that the structures that support and keep them in place are dissolving and getting very brittle and weak.  It’s like the game Jenga, where you build a solid tower of blocks, then keep pulling out blocks which you put on the top until the tower becomes unstable and eventually falls over.

As Gaia says so often, the Old is dying, the New is being born.  Leaves fall from the trees in fall and become the fertility for the tree which produces new leaves in the spring.  It’s a beautiful cycle of growth and evolution.  Nature is our reflection, the template for transformation.  It’s a magical journey to be sure.

My beloved ones,

Surely and consistently the New is entering the earth realm.  Old patterns, beliefs and memories must be cleared away to make room for the New ones to find a home.

How are things going?  Simply close your eyes, take a breath and you will know for sure that the Goddess is rising.  By this I mean that the feminine energy is flowing and spiraling to entwine and balance the male energy that has dominated the earth for such a long time.

As the energy is balanced, cleansed and formed into new creations, all of life is made new.  You, my dears, are a beautiful and vital part of this transformation.  You are points of light and centers of this new creation.  I thank you for your courage, your persistence and your trust to enter the New.

It is a birthing process.  Conception, gestation, birthing and then a new realm of existence.  Different people are in different stages of this process.  Yet all is in Divine order, flowing perfectly, emerging exquisitely.

As in human birthing, the Mother does the bulk of the work.  Yet each of you is an important part of this.  As you spread love in all you do, everyone and everything is blessed.  Relax, my precious ones.  You are being guided and supported by myriad beings of the Spirit Realm.  Ask for help and it will be give in rich abundance.

All is well.  Rest against the bosom of the Divine Mother.  Feel the peace that is infinitely and eternally available to you.  Feel the love and acceptance that flows to you from your Divine partners.  See the sun shining to warm you and brighten your path.  Feel the wind, the breath of change, that is bringing heaven to earth.

Here comes the sun…

I had a dream, or perhaps it was a vision, a couple of nights ago.  It was a vivid image of a brightly shining sun, covered by dark, dense clouds.  The interesting part was that the clouds looked very different, depending on where you were looking from.  If you were close to the clouds, they looked large and completely blocked the light from the sun.  But if you were back farther, you could see that the clouds were small, barely large enough to cover the sun.  I had a strong sense that the clouds would blow away and disappear.  Then the sun would be clearly visible in a beautiful blue sky.

My sense is that this is symbolic of what is happening on the earth right now.  There is the Divine Light that is never extinguished, only hidden from view by clouds of darkness.  The clouds are the chaos we are seeing more clearly all the time-the corruption, greed, domination and fear-with some people clinging stubbornly to the current paradigm.  Up close, things look dark and even hopeless.  Yet, if we have a higher perspective, we can see that the clouds are clearing and sunshine awaits.  The winds of change are blowing and the New is emerging.

This doesn’t mean that we don’t have some rough spots to go through.  We are seeing a lot of ugly and unpleasant things happening.  But light is shining to illuminate them.  As Marianne Williamson says, darkness is simply the absence of light and it disappears when light shines.  We are light and we are bathed in Divine love and light.

Let us be the breath that blows away all that obstructs the sun’s rays of light.

Precious ones, my Beloved,

Surely, you know the phrase, ‘it is always darkest before the dawn’.  Truly I tell you, there is a reason why these words resonate with you.

There is a great transformation occurring upon the earth.  Some are welcoming it with open arms, running toward the light of a new day.  Others are unaware of the changes that are all around them as they go about their lives.  Some are aware of the changes and resisting them with all their might.  They are throwing sand in people’s eyes, so to speak, hoping to stop them from seeing the freedom that awaits and indeed is available this very moment.

Dear ones, listen to your hearts.  The heart knows what the mind cannot see or believe.  That is why it is so important to find your quiet center and listen to your inner guidance.  As you connect to the Divine love that surrounds you and dwells within you, you are immersed in peacefulness, calm serenity and the wonderful assurance that you are loved beyond measure.  All is well, held in Divine care.

Take my hand and the hands of your partners in the Unseen realm.  We have power and strength that will uphold you and assist you.  Things that seem impossible or difficult to you can be accomplished in the twinkling of an eye when we co-create together!  Ask for help!  Call out to us and we will respond gladly.  We will hold you close and carry you with us into the New Age of joy and fulfillment.

More emotional clearing.  My initial response to that is UGH!  It sometimes feels like everything should be cleared by now.  But obviously, it’s not.  If the outer world is a reflection of what’s going on inside of us, there’s definitely more work to do.

However, we do need to celebrate everything that we have done.  I notice in myself that clearing out old emotional muck moves more quickly now.  In the past, I could stay stuck in a pattern or problem for months or years.  Now it may take only hours or days to move through it…and sometimes just minutes.  I’m deeply grateful for that.  Then there’s more time to enjoy life!

I am also very thankful for the help we are receiving-from other awakened ones, the solar flares and energy from the universe, our helpers in the Spirit World and so many others.

As a former supervisor of mine used to say, Onward and Upward!

I know this is a challenging time.  It can be difficult to stay focused on the positive things that are happening within you and around you.  Discouragement, cynicism and other emotions can arise.

Yet, it is so important that each person keep their sight on the wonderful things that are occurring, the gifts and the blessings.  Don’t close your eyes to the problems but rather shine the light on them which will diminish their power and illuminate the solutions.

Always, call upon your helpers in the Unseen Realm.  Know that you have complete access to this strength, this power, this love.  Quiet your minds and feel the peace and love and joy that are flowing to you without interruption, always and forever.  Open your hearts, your hands, your eyes to see that which is invisible to others.

Much is stirring that cannot be seen with physical eyes or heard with your physical ears or touched with your physical hands.  Like seeds sprouting beneath the cover of fertile, rich soil, so are miracles arising each moment.

The Golden Age you long for is now within your reach.  Some are already glimpsing it and even experiencing the reality of it, if only for a moment.  More will be evident as time flows.  Your trust and peacefulness are portals to the New.

Affirm yourselves for the courage you show as you face the challenges along life’s path.  Smile at a bird and soar with them on wings of love.  Marvel at how a squirrel thrives in a harsh world.  Let your heart sing a song of gladness for the friendship of a tree.  Feel the warmth of the sun and the softness of the breeze.

You are loved, my precious ones.  You are loved beyond measure, protected and cherished.  I am Gaia, your Earth Mother, your friend.

I don’t think I’m alone in wondering when the New that is emerging will begin to be more visible.  It seems that the ‘old’-the painful things-are constantly in our sight-pollution, ecological disasters, increased gap between the rich and poor, disease, violence and so much more.

Yet, the New is coming into view.  Perhaps the signs are still small green shoots just peeking out of the earth and are overshadowed by the negative images we are bombarded with.  But they are there and growing, not just in the outer world but in our hearts and minds.  Let us nurture them with our love, our attention and our hopefulness.  Yes, we are co-creators of the world we want to see!

Beloved ones,

Understandably you are impatient to see more and more changes in the world around you.  I know that you are so very weary of problems, disasters and bad news.  I send you love and gratitude for all you are doing to clear out the Old and create the New.  Your partners in the Unseen realm are helping in ways that may not be visible but are important nonetheless.

You have done much to prepare the way for a New Earth and a new reality.  You have released and cleansed and cleared out old beliefs, memories and patterns.  Your creation of new beliefs and patterns is absolutely necessary.  They are the foundation upon which the New is being built.

Think of a garden.  You don’t plant seeds until the soil is prepared.  First you remove the plants that you don’t want to be there.  Then you make sure the soil is fertile before you sow seeds.  You envision what you want to create.  Then you can put your effort into creating a beautiful garden.

Once your garden is planted, some seeds germinate more quickly than others.  Some sprout more slowly but it’s all part of nature’s pattern.  The timing is perfect if it can be seen from a higher perspective.

Old structures and institutions are being disassembled.  Some parts are being composted, transformed into material for new creations.  Some parts are being reconfigured to be used in new and useful ways.  New structures are emerging with the promise of more to come.  Nothing is wasted.

The external world is reflected in your own inner transformation.  Old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you are being cleared away.  It is an active process that each person must participate in, if they want change to happen.  As the old ways are released, there is space for new patterns and beliefs to emerge.

This transformation is well underway!  You know this in your heart, even when the rational mind questions and resists.  Breathe and find the quiet place in the center of your being.  Close your eyes and know that all is well, guided and supported by the love of the Unseen.

Trust that what is emerging is beautiful, abundant and so very integrated.  When the chaos of the world distresses you, go within and find the peace that is beyond words.  Know that each moment you are surrounded by and live in love, only love, always love, love overflowing.

In spite of the many problems facing humanity as this new year proceeds, in spite of the difficulties inherited from the past, positive developments are a certainty on our trajectory. If there are seemingly brief deviations from the course, we can trust that our cosmic autopilot will bring alignment.

However to discover this trust in life we need to grow beyond the focus of the personality and the material world, raising our vision to the soul. On that plane of consciousness we discover that we are cells in the universal mind, the immense intelligence who embodies the seven solar systems…

Am I the only one who is grateful for reassurance that we are headed in a positive direction and have the support of Divine grace?  I think not.  Bonnie’s wisdom brings me comfort and affirmation, as we traverse the new territory we have entered.  We each must create our own path but there is a deep need for sharing and community as we do so.

As we leave the cleansing and clearing of 2013 behind, we benefit by having a path less cluttered with debris from the past.  Like an airport runway that has been cleared for takeoff, we can move forward and become airborne in 2014 and beyond.  That is the image and message I have been receiving.  We have done so much to prepare for this adventure.

Let’s join hands and step more deeply into the New!

Dear and beloved ones,

You have been surrounded by messages about the emergence of the New Earth for quite some time.  Yet at times it has been difficult to comprehend what this means.

Humanity is entering a new life stage, a time of transcending old patterns and ways of being.  Much could not be explained…it must be lived and experienced.

Now is the time to step into the new reality more fully!  The winds of change are blowing and there is an updraft that is growing stronger each day.  You have your wings!  It’s time to let the currents lift you up and to trust that you can fly!!

The only thing limiting you is your resolve to make the choice to spread your wings and catch the magic of flight!  All the conditions are in place.  But you have to step into the New.  Your Divine partners can nudge and encourage and maybe even give you a little push.  But they won’t make the decision for you.  Indeed they can’t, for you must be ready to ride the waves yourself.

Know this, dear ones.  You are surrounded each moment by love that is expansive and uplifting.  You are being protected and cared for each step of the way.  You will be upheld and guided, given strength and all that you need.

Trust in the process and believe that all is well.  Open your hands, your eyes, your hearts.  Breathe the breath of life with me and feel the joy of this unfolding beauty.  Hold my hand and together we will soar to new heights of wonder.

The new year will be what each of you needs it to be.

I don’t know about you, but 2013 has felt very active to me with lots happening in the collective realm, lots of energy moving and people awakening.  It feels like much is stirring now as we are poised on the brink of a new year.

First there was the huge focus on what 2012 would bring…end of the world?…end of the world as we know it?…something else?  I don’t think people were sure what to expect in 2013 and it was a mixed bag.  Lots of things being revealed in government, business and elsewhere.  Lots of shifts and changes.  Yet much appeared to remain the same.

To me it felt like 2013 was a year of more cleansing, releasing, purifying, preparing.  Some have compared it to rebooting a computer after a new operating system or program has been installed.  I sense that 2014 will be an acceleration, as we begin to use the new programs and systems that are now available to us.

When I have tuned in and asked what 2014 will hold, the word I hear is ‘sorting’.  Not being sorted but each of us choosing and sorting out what and who we want to align with.  The old systems and structures will continue to pull us toward the status quo, even as they lose power.  Yet new vistas will be opening up and we can choose them, if we have eyes to see and the willingness to explore new opportunities.

I loved Nancy Joy’s words when she shared them at the beginning of 2010.  I think they are just as true today.  The year will give each of us exactly the situations, circumstances and relationships that we need to grow and reach toward our dreams.  We will have choices to make about how to respond to what life brings to us.  Let’s join hands and embrace what lies ahead in 2014.

Indeed each soul experiences exactly what they need in order to learn, grow and evolve.  Although there are common themes and similar circumstances, each person is given, and in truth chooses, a unique and exquisitely designed pathway.

Freedom beckons!  How will you respond to the possibilities and choices you are offered?  Some will choose the familiar road, fearful to step into unchartered territory.  Others will take the hand of the Goddess and her partners in the Unseen Realm and walk into a bright future, filled with amazing dreams come true.

Always, the purpose of life’s journey is to assist you in shedding what no longer serves you and helping to create room for what will bring about the highest good for you.  There may be pain and challenges, difficulties and disappointments.  Yet the light beckons and the Divine voice guides each to enter the space where their divinity shines forth.  Nothing is left behind that is needed.  Empty, open hands are able to reach out and be filled with gifts of beauty and perfection.

You are never alone, dear ones.  Each moment you are surrounded by wisdom, light, unlimited love and tender acceptance.  Feel my arms around you, holding you close to my heart where you are protected and safe.  Lean against me for I share my strength in joy-filled abundance.

Major cracks are widening in the external world around us.  How do you navigate the Transition????

My husband Blair and I have studied with Mastering Alchemy for several years.  We find it interesting to see what they are predicting.  Here is something from the latest newsletter: “Jim Self notes that 2014 will be ‘the year you experience the great decline of the American Empire, a temporary shift of power to China and the visible rise of a 5^th Dimension world of Grace.”

I am not endorsing what he says.  But I do sense that big changes are underway and naturally I am curious about what will occur as we co-create the unfolding.  If we cling to current structures, beliefs and cultural messages for security, I think we find flowing with the changes much more challenging. 

Perhaps the biggest challenge right now is to see hopeful opportunities emerging rather than go into fear.  Each of us can ask, what makes us feel secure?  Is it money, job, our house, the institutions we rely upon for health care, education, infrastructure, etc?  If so, we could feel very vulnerable if the economy has a major shift.  But if we trust that our security comes from a Divine Source that will guide us and provide for our needs (something the major religions have taught for millennia), we can look to the future with anticipation and peacefulness.  I am not saying it would be easy but then again, maybe it would be.  A lot would depend on our attitude and perspective.

As I write this, I am feeling peace and love flowing from Gaia’s heart to us.  Let’s bask in the warmth.

Indeed massive changes are in progress as I share this message with you.  Some are visible in the physical world and more are on the way.  But many of the changes are taking place in the Unseen Realm and will become more obvious as time flows along.

If you feel insecure or uncomfortable with the changes, quiet your hearts and minds.  Breathe the breath of life with me, trusting that you are loved beyond measure.  Much is being accomplished for you by your partners in the Spirit World.  You have an important role to play but remember that you are never, ever alone.  Ask for guidance and help.  Trust that all is well and that things are unfolding in exquisite timing and great beauty.

Open your eyes, your hands, your hearts.  Allow the energy of love to flow to you with great abundance and miraculous perfection.  Those who are tuned into the noise of the world will not hear the quiet whispers of the Divine.  Yet they are ever near.  In silence and solitude, you will hear the guidance and music to follow.

Don’t cling to the things of the physical world for security or strength.  Those things are temporary and can easily slip away.  Can you believe that anything that leaves will be replaced by something more radiant and satisfying?  This is what is offered to you.

Know each moment that you are surrounded and embraced by love, only love, always love, love overflowing.

‘Go the distance’

Lately, when I have asked Spirit what I need to do, I have heard phrases like, ‘trust the process’, ‘go with the flow’, ‘one step at a time’.  The meaning behind it seems to be that things are progressing as they need to and we mainly need to just, as the Buddhists say…chop wood, carry water.

I have a wonderful friend who worked practically day and night for several years to spread the word in our community about edible landscape, ecological design and ways to create abundance in our back (and front!) yards.  Lately, he says he has slowed down, is doing some self-care and is feeling more balanced.

I went through a stage like this several years ago when I was trying to spread the word about our environmental problems and to wake people up about them.  After a couple of years of this, things shifted inside of me, quieted down and I moved on to experience the spiritual part of nature and the earth.  Somehow I knew I had done what I was supposed to do for one stage and it was time to move on to another stage.

Americans tend to be action oriented and action often means focus in the physical world.  Certainly, I tend to have a ‘to do’ list with tasks I want to accomplish.  Lately, I have felt more called to do things like send blessings to the water, love to the trees and healing to people near and far.  The focus has been more on the Unseen realm.

I am not entirely comfortable with this.  My tendency is to think I’m not ‘doing’ something if there isn’t a tangible, visible result.  Yet perhaps this is the lesson.  As I often quote my friend Nancy Joy Hefron as saying, ‘both are true’.  We are function in both the Seen and Unseen realms.  Both are important.  As we listen to wisdom and inner guidance we can each find the balance that feels right and feeds our souls.

I send you blessings as we enter what is often a busy and emotional holiday season.  May we all find the balance of doing and being…and the joy that is a part of that.

My beloved, precious and beautiful,

Surely you can feel the energy flowing to the earth.  Some is the energy of activation, awakening and action.  Yet it is balanced with energy of serenity, peace and joy.

The balance is different for each person.  Some have been immersed in the current paradigm of accepting the way things are, blind to the need for radical change.  Life is indeed helping them to awaken.  The lessons can be painful as their eyes open to injustice, earth destruction and the consequences of that, the numbness of existing rather than being fully alive.  They may be experiencing some big bumps in the road and the changes may be unwelcome.  Yet it is for their highest good and as they wake up, they will find the path to abundance, contentment and fulfillment is available to them, if they are willing to look for it and let go of the Old.

Other people are well along the path to this New way of living.  They are listening to the God Within, rather than the noisy and demanding voices of the 3D world.  Their eyes are open to see the path to the New.  There may be some bumps but they will be gentler.  Understanding of how to navigate will be clearer as they move along.

Each person is being guided and held in arms of love.  Know deep within your being that you are loved beyond measure, no matter where you are on your path.  The world may appear to be in chaos but there is purpose, if you are open to seeing it.  Old ways of doing things are being composted and new life is emerging in its beauty and perfection.  Fire is burning away the fear, hopelessness and constrictions of the current ways.  In their place, love is emerging, only love, always love, love overflowing.

Ask for help!!!

For the last few days, I have been hearing this message.  I sense that it is coming from the spirit world.  I believe that Gaia and others in the Unseen Realm see all that is going on with the earth.  They see many people waking up and trying to make choices that will heal relationships, restore the earth to health and bring peace and freedom to all creatures and all of creation.

Yet there is evidence everywhere of the problems, forces and choices that make the way to a better world difficult.  Where do we put our energy?  Do we focus on what actions we can take individually and as part of the collective?  Or do we put our effort toward our relationship with our Divine partners, asking for them to act on our behalf?

I can hear the voice of my friend Nancy Joy Hefron saying, both are true!  I think the message I have been receiving is a loving reminder that we need to combine our human efforts with the assistance of our Divine partners.  Some parts of the process need our initiative.  Asking for help is also important, for there is incredible power and help available.  Asking opens the floodgates for that to happen.

Prayer, communication with the Nature Spirits, ceremony and a myriad of other possibilities open the portals to a Divine flow of energy.  Let’s ask with joyous expectation as miracles emerge!

My beloveds, precious and treasured souls,

I am well and so is the earth.  Let me reassure you of that.  Those who see only the physical world are so limited in their insights.  The damage that is being done to me, the earth, is your opportunity to see the consequences of your choices.  I could act or react with unimaginable power.  But I choose not to, giving you time to learn and change.

Indeed, we are entering a time of CO-creation.  Humans are being called to claim their power.  The Unseen Realm is responding with our power, when the time is right and we are asked to participate as co-creators.  Our Divine/human partnership creates the vivid possibility of opening the gates of heaven and uniting earth with heaven in splendid and miraculous ways.

Rejoice!  The birthing process is bringing you to the threshold of this new reality.  Don’t give up or be discouraged.  Trust that together we can make all things new.  I would not bring you this message if I was not able to help it manifest.  All that is lacking is your enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to listen and act.  All is well, happening in perfect and exquisite timing.

If you are weary or impatient, come into my arms and snuggle close to my heart.  When you reach the end of your own wisdom, ask for guidance and assistance.  All will be revealed as you are ready, with open hands, open eyes and open hearts.  Breathe the breath of life with me, knowing that you are loved beyond measure, precious to the Heart of the Divine.

“Why can’t they (the Congress) just work things out?

Today I talked to my son who is teaching English at a university in Beijing and he told me that his students have been puzzled about the way the U.S. government is (or isn’t) working right now.  Rather than comment on the Congressional process, I have been musing on its meaning for me.

My friend and mentor Nancy Joy Hefron has taught me to look for the mirror in outer circumstances rather than judging or pointing the finger in blame.  This doesn’t mean that we don’t care or take appropriate action.  We still need to use our discernment and see if we have something we need to do.  But looking for our own lesson is important, as well.

We are living in an amazing time.  Things are shifting and changing in miraculous ways.  For those with eyes open to see, opportunities are becoming available that we could scarcely have imagined even a few years ago.

What lessons can we take away from the government shutdown?  Hmmm.  Perhaps we each need to think about how we react to difficult circumstances.  Do we tend to dig in our heels and demand our own way or are we open-minded, flexible and willing to work things out, even with people we disagree with or don’t like?  Are we locked into a belief system that doesn’t allow for personal choice? When things don’t go our way, do we respond with anger or compassion?  Is it my way or the highway?  How can we be true to what we believe and yet open to dialog and a willingness to think about the needs of the whole?

As each of us clears out the clutter in our own closets, so to speak, we are creating the freedom to enter the New Age unencumbered with outdated habits, patterns and beliefs.  It can be hard work at times!  Yet the rewards are amazing and liberating.

Think about a place in your life where you face a challenge.  Let’s share the path to freedom through our choices!

My darlings, beloved and dear to my heart,

Indeed the outer world is vividly showing you the things that remain to be cleansed and cleared within you, as well around you.  Over and over you can see how divisiveness and separateness lead to problems piled upon top of more problems.  Yet the door to oneness is always open.  All it takes is a loving attitude and a spirit of compassion.

Am I suggesting that you become a doormat and let people walk all over you?  Of course not!  It is important to be in touch with your inner wisdom and guidance.  You are called to be strong and stand up for what you believe in.  Challenges are opportunities to step into your power to change the world for the better.  But your choice is not just what you do but also in how you do it.

The door to the New is wide open.  A light is shining on the path that leads to love, peace, freedom and joy.  You can walk this path now, this very moment.  There are many distractions but the choice is yours.  Take my hand and the hands of other Way Showers.  Together we can walk along carefree and happy.  Others will see our joy and want to join us.

Don’t be dismayed or distressed by the turmoil in the world around you.  Quiet your mind and go to the peaceful center of your being where truth dwells.  Rest against the heart of the Goddess and stay as long as you want or need.  You will find solutions to every problem when you are calm and connected to your Divine Source.
