Our insistence on happy endings and ‘good’ outcomes keeps us stuck in healing cycles. Our toughest lesson is acceptance. This is being complete with someone’s choices or a situation that we cannot change. Our congruence happens when we fill our own empty spaces, when we become congruent on the inside. Then we are healed and whole on the outside.

I recently returned from an amazing healing class in Findhorn, Scotland. It is part of a series I am taking over the next 9 months. It’s a huge commitment which has stretched me way out of my comfort zone. I’m finding it’s a great way to expand my comfort zone!
The course focuses on teaching us healing techniques and methods which is wonderful. But a major part of the course is about our own personal growth and healing. I am loving it! As we raise our vibration, the unhealed parts of us come to the surface to be released and cleared. It’s not easy at times but the results are so freeing and even exhilarating. I can already tell the difference when I give healing sessions. Lots more energy is flowing through me which assists in the healing of the person I am working with.
It feels like what is happening to me is a microcosm of what is happening everywhere. A lot of dark, not-so-pretty stuff is coming to the surface of our collective awareness. What do we do with it? Shine light on it! Send love, refuse to get dragged into the ugliness. As we each shift and shine, the darkness vanishes. It doesn’t always happen instantly but it does happen.
Each person has a different path. Some people are activists working on the social problems of our day. Some are helping friends and family. Others are following their inner guidance in a beautiful rainbow of being and action. Each of us is doing our part to create ‘the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible’, as Charles Eisenstein says.
A Course in Miracles says it ‘does not aim at teaching the meaning of love, for that is beyond what can be taught. It does aim, however, at removing the blocks to the awareness of love’s presence, which is your natural inheritance’. What we see around us…and sometimes inside of us…may not always be what we would prefer. But we are incredibly powerful co-creators and as we grow and learn and heal, we can be a part of the beautiful unfolding of heaven on earth.

Dear ones, my beloved,
Do not be discouraged or hopeless about the darkness you see around you or the darkness you might discover within you! Now is a wondrous time to be alive on planet earth! Those who have been asleep or dormant or moving slowly like a sloth are now realizing they need to step out and step up.
The power to make changes is within you, far beyond what you may have realized. The circumstances of the world are activating an incredible groundswell of action! People who have been passive are becoming active in a myriad of beautiful ways. People who have been slogging through life, just existing rather than living radiantly, are finding that this way of living is no longer tolerable. So they are seeking ways to become healed, whole and joyful!
Much of the change feels uncomfortable at first. When someone has been inactive, the first vigorous walk or exercise session causes sore muscles. But continued walking and exercising strengthens those muscles so they become vibrant and contribute to vigor, enthusiasm and well-being.
So it is with the earth changes and changes on earth. All is working together to motivate and, in some cases, force people to make changes and reach for a better way to live and be. Weak and flabby areas are becoming strong and healthy!
Embrace it all! Love it all! Seek the higher perspective, the greater good that is being activated and created!! The lovely lotus flower emerges from a womb of mud. The earth’s vibrations are supporting and assisting you in ways you can scarcely imagine or take in. Just breathe the breath of life with all who surround you, both in the Seen and Unseen Realms. Trust the birthing and transforming power of this mystical and magical time. Discern what your part is and do that. Let others do theirs. Lean against the Mother when you are weary, frightened or discouraged. All is well, held in Divine Love and Peace.
