We each have people and sites we turn to for guidance, support and learning.  Jennifer Hoffman of Enlightening Life has helped me a lot over the past couple of years.  I find her to have a good handle on our current energy and ascension cycles.  She has practical suggestions for how to move more smoothly through the energy surges and changes.

Energy is pouring into the planet right now and our dense, physical bodies are challenged to receive and integrate it.  Yet it gets easier as we become more experienced and our bodies adjust.

Jennifer also reminds us that we are shifting to a time when we can ‘be’ rather than so much doing.  What a relief!  Many people, including us, have done so much to bring us this far.  We’ve healed and released and taught and grown.  We will continue to do that but the pace can be gentler.  We can let go of the need to do so much, trusting that more and more people are stepping up to do their part.  We can trust that the Divine Spirit and helpers from the Unseen realm are doing much behind the scenes to help.

Recently, I have become more aware of my tendency to feel the need to be busy, task-oriented and have a ‘to-do’ list handy.  Life is quietly showing and telling me that it’s okay to rest, be rather than do and spend time doing things I enjoy even when there’s no tangible product or outcome.  I have to smile when I think of how I resist this.  I am reminded that this resistance is an indicator of old patterns that I need to continue to release.

Jennifer Hoffman says that we are now in a time when we can focus on living in joy.  Wow, what a gift!  She says we need to leave behind our roles as wounded healers.  Now the world needs us to be examples of healed and whole people, being light beacons so others can see what is possible when old beliefs and patterns are shed.  Let’s embrace these new opportunities and live in joy!!!!

Beloved and precious spirits,

Have you ever seen a sad tree, a depressed bird?  Nature is still fully connected to their Divine Source.  Unless they have been affected negatively by humans, nature is very much as it was created to be-completely in the present moment, joyful and free.  No worries, no dread for tomorrow.  Nature is!

How I rejoice to see more and more humans leaving behind old patterns and beliefs that bind them to past pain and fear of future problems.  As you become more comfortable in simply living each moment as it comes, life will become more joyful, more calm and more free.  This is your birthright, a source of joy for you and your friends in the Divine realm who love you beyond measure.

This possibility has always existed and some have been able to catch the magic and experience it.  But most people have been imprisoned in a pattern of human-created fear, scarcity and lack.  You created it and then believed it to be real rather than throwing it in the garbage and living as you were intended to live-unfettered and free.

Now is the time, dear ones, to dissolve the Old, in all of its forms.  Throw it all on the compost pile and let new life emerge in radiant beauty and divine perfection!  Don’t wait!  Surely you can sense the chrysalis time that has been prepared for you.  Surrender to this opportunity and rest serenely in this time of transformation.  Be blissfully aware of your emergence in butterfly form where you can fly to glorious new heights.  Close your ears to the naysayers and join hands with the light carriers who will go with you into the new heaven on earth!

I read this quote a while back in one of Bonnie’s wonderful reports and kept a copy.  I often think of this when I feel and see the old systems and beliefs resisting change, while the new ways emerge.  The process is bit bumpy, both in the collective and in our individual lives.  It is comforting to recall what Martin Luther King Jr said, “The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.”  There is resistance but thankfully the light is persistent!

Actually, the transformative process we are engaged in right now seems very bumpy and disruptive at times.  We are all connected at a deep level so the fear, resistance and pain of changes affect us all, even if we aren’t always consciously aware of it.

I am so encouraged when I hear of all the wonderful, positive things that people are doing.  My husband Blair told me about a group of healers around the planet who are working energetically to smooth the collision of tectonic plates in the earth that cause earthquakes.  Their goal is to help ease the severity of earthquakes.  Wow, I am being blessed by things like this that I am often not aware of!  And this is just one example of countless more that are occurring!

We can all do our part in small, quiet ways.  A prayer, a loving thought, a kind deed.  These are all incredibly important as we move to create a more loving, peaceful world.  Big things are also important (both are true!)  So we each need to listen to Spirit and do our part, encouraged and uplifted by our partners in the Unseen Realm who are assisting and supporting us in so many ways.

Dear ones, beloved and precious,

How difficult it can be to trust the process of change that you are experiencing when your vision is limited.  You are being given opportunities to trust and strengthen your ‘faith muscles’ as you move forward into the unknown.

The process of change is like the ocean.  On the surface, there are waves and turbulence.  Yet underneath, the water is peaceful and serene.  You are learning to ride the waves of transformation.  Be comforted and reassured to know that underneath you at all times are everlasting arms of loving strength which hold you in a gentle, firm embrace.

Your viewpoint makes all the difference.  If you see the chaos as disastrous, naturally you will be uneasy and fearful.  But if you see the process as a beautiful movement towards peace, love and abundance, your perception will be so much brighter.

The old ways are done!  People may cling to them and try to resuscitate them but they will be dissolved and composted, creating new life.  Know for certain that all is well.  Everything is held in love and there is a Divine wisdom guiding each moment of the changes.

This wisdom is inside of you, dear ones.  You can feel it when you take a deep breath and find the place of still quietness inside of you.  Here you can access a great pool of silence that holds contentment, calm assurance and trust.  You have your part in this but much is being accomplished by your partners and friends in the Unseen Realm.  Rest against the heart of the Mother when you are weary or uncertain.  Here you will be soothed and know that you are held in love, only love, always love, love overflowing.

Mary: Who am I beyond my identity in my current life-family, where I live, roles and relationships and experiences?

Spirit: You are a child of the universe, unfettered and free!

This message came to me during my recent trip to sacred sites in England and Scotland.  My husband and I were meditating in the West Kennet Long Barrow at Avebury which is near Glastonbury, England.

My dear friend Nancy Joy Hefron had connected us to a wonderful guide who accompanied us to the sacred sites and helped us to connect to their ancient wisdom and gifts.  He took us to the long barrow, a burial site dating back over 5,000 years.  He told us to ask a question in the long barrow and listen for the answer.  I am resonating with the response I received and integrating it into my expanding identity.

We live in such incredibly exciting and transformative times!  We are being supported by Spirit to move beyond our limitations and open ourselves to expansive possibilities and opportunities.  We are living our current life with its blessings and challenges.  But we are so much more!  We are children of the Universe, unfettered and free!!!

I encourage you to ask Spirit in whatever way is comfortable to you-God, Higher Power, Allah, Great Spirit, etc.-“Who am I?”  Listen for the answer that comes to you.  Ponder what it might mean to be more than who you currently identify yourself to be.  Please share what you hear, what response you receive!  I also invite you to join me in responding, “I am a child of the universe, unfettered and free!”  See how it feels.  Embrace the blessings and gifts that are so abundantly available to all of us!

My precious and beloved co-creators,

Indeed you are children of the universe!  You are unfettered and free!  You are treasured partners of the myriad beings of the Unseen Realm.  You are body and spirit and unlimited possibilities!

Humanity is moving into new dimensions of being and living.  They are expansive and beautiful and full of Newness.

How can you access what is coming online at this amazing time?  Simply breathe and open your mind and heart to it!  Take your time, for time is offering a new range of opportunities.  There are portals into new worlds when you are ready to explore them.  Be gentle with yourselves as you take a peek and step forward into the New.

Old rules and teachings and fears will surface as you move beyond your current comfort zones.  Just notice them and then release them.  Breathe out the old limitations and breathe in freedom, love, peace and joy.  Bask in the light of this love pouring into the planet at this time.  Close your eyes and sense the presence of beings from the spirit realm, holding you in a space of love as you grow and expand and blossom!

There is a quiet place inside you that transcends time and space.  Put your hands over your heart and you will find it, beating softly within you.  Welcome it, trust it.  Know that you are being held in arms of love, protected and safe.  You are never, ever alone and will never be abandoned.  In this calm, peaceful space, you can be who you have always yearned to be.  You will be guided each step of the way into beauty and grace and love, always love, only love, love overflowing.

I can’t remember who said it, but a while back they talked about this period of time seeming like an ‘endless cleanse’.  Whew, I have felt that in my life over the last few months and years.  It hasn’t been constant but it’s been persistent.  Issues, memories, beliefs and patterns in my life come into my awareness.  It’s time to deal with them, feel them and often shift them, replacing them with something more true and life-giving.  Usually it’s challenging and there’s some pain involved but the results are blessings.  I feel more free and peaceful at a deeper level.

I sometimes wonder if there is an end to the process.  I think there is an end to each step or layer.  But like the proverbial onion, there are deeper layers to be faced, cleansed and healed.  I remind myself that I’m in Earth School and there’s always more to learn.  But as we learn skills and lessons, we take those gifts into the next experience.

And we are supported by our connection to the Divine.  We have help, more than we are sometimes aware of.  The energy and vibration of this era assist us in moving more quickly through things and integrating them from a higher perspective.

It’s an internal and individual process but we see it happening in the larger world.  Every day we see more evidence of people becoming conscious of things that need to be changed and stepping into their power to create the needed changes.  When I get quiet, I can feel the massive shifts and know that a flow is cleansing and moving us to a more beautiful world.  I used to feel like I needed to try to ‘make things happen’.  Now I can feel it happening and I can relax and be a part of it.  Very wonderful…most of the time!

Blessings to all of us as we become a part of the flow that creates our dreams come true.  Blessings from our Earth Mother on Mother’s Day!!

My beloved ones,

Indeed the earth is in the midst of massive change and transformation.  Some is visible to your physical eyes but much is happening in the Unseen realms, very real but not yet visible in the 3D world.

Your love and courage are making a difference, far more than you realize!  Trust the process, my darlings, even when things seem chaotic and difficult to understand.  The hands of the Divine are working in ways that are very important and beautiful.  As things unfold, all will be revealed.  You will know for sure that all is well, held in tender care and great love for each of you.

The current chaos and revealing of hidden secrets can be frightening and confusing.  It is simply the washing away of the veils that kept you from seeing what is possible.  As layers of grime and filth are cleansed away by our shared scrubbing, we will see the perfection that was always there!!!  The distortions and flaws were simply detours on the path to heaven on earth.

I know that it is sometimes hard to believe and trust that all is well.  Yet each day reveals more grace and more blessings.  Your times of hard work and courageous effort are ending.  Now is the time to focus on living your passion, enjoying the opportunities that are readily available to you.

Close your eyes, dear ones, and quiet your minds.  Breathe the breath of life with me.  Snuggle close to my heart and feel our spirits blending and beating together in a rhythm of gentle peace and unlimited love.  In a space of silence and simplicity, you have access to All That Is.  You have access to wisdom, power and Divine love.  Open your hearts and hands to receive it.  It will flow to you with beautiful abundance as you provide a riverbed for receiving.

Never ask for money.

We live in interesting, exciting and sometimes challenging times.  Author Charles Eisenstein says we are living in ‘the space between stories’ and I agree.  But lately for me it has been a bit of a bumpy space as I transition from the 3^rd dimension story to the 4^th and 5^th one.  Life has been giving me many opportunities to see where I am still anchored (or stuck) in 3D density.

In a presentation, Jennifer Hoffman said to never ask or pray for money.  Why?  Because what we are always asking for is what money can buy so that’s where we need to put our focus.  If we asked for the proverbial million dollars, why would we want it?  What would it buy us?…a house, car, cash to pay our bills or travel or stash some money in savings for a rainy day?  And what does that money represent-freedom, security, independence, etc?

If we look at it this way, money is just an indicator of something we want or need and a means to attain that.  In our 3D world, money is the method we have created to get needs and wants met.  Money is just the tool we use to do that.  Jim Self of Mastering Alchemy often says that when we vibrate in 5^th dimensional energy, we can hold out our hand, think apple and the apple will instantly appear in our hand.  Hmm, no need for money then!

If we believe that instant manifestation is possible…and I think most or all of us do…then the question becomes, why isn’t it happening in our lives?  Sometimes it is happening!  I’m sure we can all think of examples of times when we thought of something we wanted or needed and it was given to us very quickly.  Often without money involved.

Yet, most of us are still at least partially functioning in the 3D world where we see money as a way to provide for our needs and wants.  If we live in that belief system, it is natural that we would spend at least some of our time doing things to bring money into our lives.  I don’t think it’s an issue of good/bad or right/wrong.  I think it is simply an opportunity to ask, how is this working for us?

Some people do work they love and it brings money into their lives.  I have a cousin who said if he retired, he would keep doing exactly what he is doing now because he loves his work and it’s not money that motivates him to do it.  How many people do you know who would say that??  I know a few but not very many.

We are moving to a time of living the new story of freedom, choice, abundance and absolute trust in having our needs met fully and completely.  Yet the old story of lack, fear, worry and abuse is still in many of our lives, at least to some extent.

So perhaps the lesson we are learning is how to let go of what no longer serves us and embrace what does.  Money, after all, is just little pieces of paper or digits on a computer.  It’s only usefulness or power is what we give it, the collective agreements that we can use that paper or computer record to get something we want.  Individually and together, we are writing the new story and who knows where it will take us?  Somewhere beautiful!  I’m sure of that!!

I don’t sense Gaia giving a message in words right now.  I see her smiling and lending her heart to supporting all of us as we take the steps into our creation of the new story.

There is a sweet sadness (with change) to be sure.

I have been going through a lot of changes in my life lately and these words from Nancy Joy captured my feelings perfectly.  I suspect that many of you are feeling the winds of change blowing through or around you.

In 2013 it seemed like things were pretty stable in my life, no major health problems in my family, etc.  Then, in the last few months, change has been swirling all around me.  My uncle, the last member of my parents’ generation in my family, died last fall.  Then in January death came to my generation with the passing of my sister’s husband.

Changes have been cascading through my family and friend circle: people moving near and far, major health issues, job changes, job loss, retirement, babies being born, groups ending and many other changes.  Of course, these things happen all the time but the amount has been particularly intense for me lately.  I have gotten the image of a kaleidoscope with things shifting and re-configuring.

My challenge has been to hold my center, rather than be blown around as the changes come.  I am reminded over and over that change is about beginnings, as well as endings.  And that the endings can create space for things that are new and better.  We can stay close in heart even when geography or life circumstances part us from loved ones.

Who knows what changes are in the horizon as the Shift in Consciousness continues to unfold.  As we find that quiet, peaceful place inside of us where the Divine dwells, I am confident that many blessings will flow to us.

My beloved ones,

Indeed the transformation on every level of existence is happening with wild abandon at this time!  Energy is pouring to your planet and light is illuminating any dark corners where change is needed.  I know that this can be disorienting and sometimes it stir up fears.  But, dear ones, know for sure that beauty is emerging and you are held in loving arms by your friends in the Divine realm.

All is well.  Nothing will be taken from you that is needed for the New Earth.  This is a cleansing time.  Under the grime of old institutions and crusty cultural patterns is a new template for ways that serve the highest good of all.  Be watchful and you will see the newness emerge, as outmoded things fall away.

Receive these gifts with open hands and open hearts!  Breathe the breath of life gently and with ease.  From this quiet, peaceful place you will be able to observe creation in its loveliness.  You will be serene despite the chaos and noise all around you.

Precious ones, the New already exists in the Unseen Realm.  This is a wondrous time when new patterns, processes and beauty can move into the physical realm where you can see it with your physical eyes.  But know that it is already before you, just waiting to be seen.

See yourselves floating down the river of life.  Sometimes the current is subtle and calm and you can simply enjoy the view.  Other times the current is more rapid and turbulent.  Then you need to focus on staying centered and flexible, riding the rapids to a more quiet space.

Feel my arms of love holding you close to my heart.  Sense the depth of love that surrounds you each moment, only love, always love, love overflowing.

I had a very magical experience recently, which felt like it gave me a window into another world which was right under my nose, so to speak.

First of all, how amazing is it that Hawaii is a central meeting place for me, my husband and my children to gather!  But with a son in Beijing, China, a daughter and her family from northern British Columbia and us in Iowa, it really is.  We spent a couple of great weeks there together in January.

While we were there, we went on a wonderful snorkeling boat trip…my first.  I am not a swimmer and tend to be afraid of going in water but I really wanted to try it.  With a very patient helper, I got in and put my head in the water.  It was incredible!  When looking at the surface of the water, you can just see glimpses of what is below the surface-an occasional fish that comes up, a peek at a turtle and whales and dolphins coming up for air.

Ah, but the goggles give you a window into a magical world!  Beautiful fish, amazing coral and other marine life and sights.  As I climbed back on the boat, I marveled at how invisible that underwater world is until our sight changes.  It felt like an example of how we can live in a multi-dimensional world and be limited by our physical eyes and other senses that don’t perceive much of what surrounds us.

There is so much available, just waiting for us to be able to find the vision to be a part of it.  My husband Blair has the gift of seeing auras and colors around people.  I can look at the same people and not see what he does.  Dogs can hear sounds that our ears don’t pick up.  Some people can feel the energy fields around people, plants and animals that others aren’t aware of.

It’s tempting, sometimes, to assume that the world is limited to what our physical senses can see, hear, taste, smell and feel.  But there’s so much more!  As we get excited about life and expectant about what we can experience, more is accessible to us.  Let’s open ourselves to all that life can offer!  Let’s sharpen our senses and find the magic that is waiting for us to discover!!

My beloved friends and co-creators,

Yes, indeed, you are surrounded by mystery and magic and myriad miracles!  Open your hands, your eyes, your ears and your hearts to receive all that is waiting for you.  Think of a tiny kitten whose eyes have not yet opened.  It can’t see what is very near until it finds its sight.  You, dear ones, are like that tiny kitten.

You get frustrated that what you want seems beyond your grasp.  But it is as near as your next breath, your whispered prayer, your quiet faith that all of your needs will be met with great love and perfect timing.

The river of life is carrying you where you need to go.  You can thrash about, feeling like you will drown or be lost.  Yet when you relax, you find that the water is supporting you with little or no effort on your part.  Your role is to become peaceful, buoyant and know that you are safe, held in love that is without end.

The world around you is in turmoil right now.  Old thought forms and systems and institutions are fading as the New ways and forms emerge.  Trust the process and let the Old slip away, unable to continue in the new energy of the New Earth.

All is well, my precious loved ones.  You are surrounded by spirit beings of great power and love.  Trust that all is unfolding in divine care and guidance.  Breathe the breath of life with me and feel your fears and cares disappear.  Rest against my heart and know that all is well, held in love that is timeless and eternal.  As surely as spring follows winter, new life will appear for all to see and be a part of.  It is here now and soon all will see.

The new year will bring exactly what you need.

There are lots of predictions flying around about what the new year will bring.  I am drawn back to this quote made by my friend Nancy Joy several years ago, as anticipation of the end of the Mayan calendar in 2012 was growing.  It reminds us that Spirit provides us each what we need individually, regardless of what is happening in the big picture.  As my husband Blair reminds me, this is ‘earth school’!  We are here to experience and learn the lessons we need for our growth and expansion.  We may not be enthusiastic about some of the circumstances but can be certain that we are being lovingly supported through them all.

Many people have been doing lots of emotional clearing for many years.  For them, it may be time to reap the rewards of this challenging and sometimes daunting work.  Some are ready to spread their wings and experience peace, joy and even bliss.  Other people are less awake and may have some bumps in the road during the year ahead to teach them important lessons.  Many of us are in transition, cleared for takeoff but still needing to gain some altitude.

I am sensing that 2015 will be a year of continued transformation.  Our perspective will make a huge difference in how we view things.  We can look at the problems and chaos of the world scene and be frightened and discouraged.  Or we can see the old, dysfunctional systems breaking down, being replaced by the blessings of increased freedom, exciting choices and joy-filled opportunities.

As Nancy Joy says in her weekly Reflections messages, “let’s catch the magic” as we soar into 2015!!

My dear and beloved co-creators,

Indeed, the year ahead will be a time of continued change as the earth and all of creation move into a higher vibratory frequency.  All that is not vibrating in this love will fall away.  I do not mean to say that all problems and darkness will vanish in an instantaneous cloud of love and light.  But the process is underway and will continue despite the resistance that is evident at this time.

I send waves of gratitude to the Forerunners and Wayshowers who have created and anchored the energy that was needed for the New Earth to be born.  You were essential and beautiful parts of this magnificent process!  Thank you for all the ways you learned and grew and persevered, despite difficult challenges and painful birth pangs.  Take time to celebrate your courage and accomplishments.

Yes, there is more to be done.  But your steps are lighter now.  The path is less treacherous and the light is shining brighter to show the way.  Know for sure that there is more room for joy and rest, for pausing to enjoy each day.

As always, I remind you that you have partners in the Unseen Realm to help you each moment.  Take time to listen to us, dance with us, breathe the breath of life with us!  Feel the love all around you and within you.  Sense how your heart beats with the heart of the Great Mother and all of the Sprit Realm.  Rejoice!  This is a time of great beauty and you need not spend time in fear, for all is well, held in Divine love and care.

Angry people will not create a peaceful world.

It certainly seems like the ‘fur is flying’ so to speak, as more and more secrets are being unveiled and more dirty laundry is being revealed in governments, corporations, institutions and in more personal circumstances.  People are feeling the foundations of our current paradigm shaking and crumbling.

Response to all the changes is an interesting mixture.  Many things are happening that are encouraging and inspiring.  People are speaking up and standing up for what they believe in with courage and compassion.  In contrast, there are many responses that are focused on blaming and finger pointing.

Mother Teresa is quoted as saying that she wouldn’t go to a rally to fight against war.  But she would most definitely show up at a peace rally.  In “A Return to Love” Marianne Williamson tells of her realization that angry reactions simply put more fear-based energy into the world.  She had a dream where she heard a voice saying she was a hawk, not a dove when it came to war.  She was upset since she had been demonstrating against the Vietnam War.  She heard the voice say, you are at war with the President, the Secretary of Defense and many others.  She got it.  She recognized how angry she got when people refused to sign her anti-war petitions.

Certainly there are times when anger is an understandable response.  Anger can motivate us to make needed changes.  But most situations are helped more by love than anger.  A Course in Miracles says that every situation is either love or a call to love.  We may have to dig deep to find reasons to pour out love but the world is blessed when we do.

As we wrap up 2014 and look toward the new year, let’s continue to be the change that we know the world needs.  When we are peaceful down to the core of our being, we bring peace to every situation that arises.  And peace spreads to every corner of the earth and beyond.

Beloved ones, dear to my heart,

Come near and breathe the breath of life with me.  Feel the safety, the peace, the gentle touch of love that is as close as your next breath.  The shadows and darkness vanish when light shines.  This means that darkness is an illusion and only exists when light is blocked out.  There is light all around you.  As you see with your heart vision, the clouds of fear dissolve and beauty emerges.

Certainly there is plenty of darkness in the world at this time.  It was always there.  But now it is being revealed.  People in power can no longer hide the ugliness of their greed and self-serving choices.  Those who are watching can no longer deny that change is needed.  They are finding their voices and speaking their truth.

Nothing can stop the flow of truth and light that are growing exponentially at this time.  There is a reason for the saying, ‘it is always darkest before the dawn’.  Now is a time to see beyond the current chaos.  It is a time when calmness, quiet peacefulness and deep love are needed.  Each person makes those choices every moment of every day.

Don’t pressure yourself to be perfect.  Affirm yourself each time you are able to be loving.  Find quiet time each day to center yourself and draw upon strength from the Divine Source of All.  As you ask for assistance, it will flow to you in overwhelming abundance.  Your friends in the Unseen Realm are ever near and love you without limit.

Be as invincible as a water hemp plant!!

This weekend I watched a film clip about pesticide resistant weeds and how they are impacting our industrial agriculture system.  This news segment interviewed farmers and a university weed specialist who talked about how the ‘super weed’ water hemp plant has evolved to be able to grow in fields that are sprayed with the pesticides used by many farmers.  These weeds have become so prevalent in some areas that fields cannot be used for agriculture.

Last night I woke up with a message in my head saying, ‘be as resilient as a water hemp plant!’  I wasn’t particularly happy about the timing, as I enjoy my sleep.  However, this idea was exciting!

We live in a toxic culture.  Everywhere we look, we can see effects-people who are sick from chemicals and pollution, animal and plant species going extinct, stress overload, governments and institutions who enslave the people they are supposed to serve.  Poverty, war, rape, abuse…the list could go on and on.

Yet, we are encoded with divine beauty, strength and resilience!  My midnight message was this: the water hemp plant is showing us how to survive and even thrive in a toxic environment.  Most plants are killed by the toxic pesticides.  Yet nature finds ways to overcome the poisons and shine a spotlight on the need to work WITH nature, rather than be at war.  Seems very appropriate since the pesticide industry uses chemicals that were developed for chemical warfare.

Because of super weeds, farmers have a choice.  Some are looking to the pesticide industry to produce even more potent plant killers so they have stronger weapons in their fight with weeds.

Ah, but other farmers are taking a different path.  They are looking for alternatives in the war against the weeds.  They are abandoning the adversarial approach to and seeking ways to co-create with nature, growing their crops without pesticides that trigger the weeds to evolve resistance to pesticides.

I know this in my heart.  Nature loves us and wants us to thrive.  As we seek ways to live in harmony with her, our Earth Mother will nurture us and teach us how to create a more abundant and blessed world.  It’s not just farmers that have choices about using toxins in their lives.  We all have choices.  We can all find ways to live more peacefully and lovingly in a world filled with challenges.  We can tap into the strength, resilience and invincible spirit that is our divine inheritance.  And when we change, we change everything around us!

The water hemp plant is showing farmers that they have to change their ways.  We can be like water hemp!  As we show the oppressive, toxic culture that we will not be blocked in our path to freedom and health, we help to create the new heaven on earth.  Everything that is not a part of this will fall away and disappear.  It may not be easy or happen as fast as we’d like.  But it is happening.  Hurray for water hemp!  Hurray for us!!
