This message came to me so strongly. There is certainly a lot of fear and negativity floating around, often un-named but rather sort of free-floating dread about what may be around the corner.

If we base our thoughts about the future on what has happened in the past, it is hard to imagine what is possible. Let’s face it. Many of us are pretty heavily vested in the current age. I certainly struggle with this. We can say we want a better way but yikes, what about our house, our money, our relationships and all the things that currently support us. I think it is understandable that we cling to the things we have when we lack the vision and trust that a better way is possible. Can we believe that all that we need will be provided-but perhaps in ways that are different than we might choose?

I sense that we are being asked to do what my friend Nancy Joy says in her book The Wounded Heart. “Hold onto nothing and you have everything”. So I am working to loosen my grip on things and strengthen my trust in the beauty of the unfolding shift of consciousness.

Dear and beloved children and friends,

Surely the choice is becoming clearer each moment. You can cling to the things that currently give you a feeling of security. Or you can take my hand and the hand of your Divine friends and partners and dance your way into a glorious future. But, increasingly, you cannot do both.

Am I saying that you will have to give up everything you currently have? No! What I am saying is that you need to keep your hands open, instead of grasping tightly onto them. Take money for example. Are you willing to let go of thinking you need a certain amount? Can you believe that your needs will be taken care of in ways you cannot even imagine right now?

Open your hands, your eyes, your heart! Allow the possibility of incredible abundance flowing into your life and to everyone and everything around you!! Just be open to the possible. Stretch your minds to conceive of new ways, new possibilities, new ways of being and doing.

If you think you are alone in this, then fear is inevitable, for you would need to trust in your own strength and resources. But as you open to the limitless supply of the Divine, you can feel confidence about not only the present time but also the future.

Now, rest against my heart, dear ones. Breathe the breath of life with me and know that I care tenderly for you. You cannot see the future, but I can. And it is beautiful beyond your wildest dreams. Relax and all will be revealed, just as soon as you are ready.

I can think of a number of people that I would call ‘frequency-holders’ and those of you who receive these messages are definitely included. I would perhaps take it one step farther and call those people ‘frequency-creators’. Fear, lack, worry represent a dense, low vibration. But think of words that represent higher vibrations-love, peace, gratitude and abundance.

Actions are important, of course. But so is our internal work that may not produce results that are visible on the outside. Know with certainty that you are helping to create the new consciousness!

Dear ones, my beloved,

Truly, you are helping to create the new earth and the new consciousness each moment. The only question, really, is what will you create? Surely, you know that love, acceptance, joy and peace are higher vibrations that produce the world that you have dreamed about and yearned for. Focus on these things and you will create more of them. Those who are consumed with fear and resistance will create more of that negative energy. The choice is yours.

How grateful I am for those of you who are stepping into the light with gladness. You are matching the ascension of the earth’s vibration and together we will co-create a future full of beauty and love.

Often have I said that the Goddess is rising. This means that the earth is changing and evolving. People must change and evolve, as well, or life will be difficult indeed. I have waited patiently but it is now time for people to make choices about whether to go with me into the bright future or to cling to the current reality.

My darlings, the New is upon us, as close as your next breath, the next beat of your heart which can attune to my heart. Close your eyes and quiet your mind. Look with your heart and you will have a calm assurance that all is well, unfolding with divine perfection and glorious timing. Take my hand and snuggle next to my heart. I will hold you close where you are safe, protected and loved beyond measure.

The shift in consciousness is accelerating rapidly. We are like fish in a fish bowl and the water is draining out. Some people are swimming around, thinking everything is fine. Others realize that things are changing and we need to create our own water.

The quote above is from one of Nancy Joy’s weekly reflections video messages. I’m not sure I quoted it word-for-word but the idea was clear. I sense that everyone feels things changing. The economy seems fragile, our institutions don’t seem to be working smoothly, the world just doesn’t feel as stable and predictable as it used to. That can cause anxiety and fear.

But for those who are conscious and realize that something beautiful is emerging, this is an exciting time. I think the fear comes when we can’t imagine a better world, when we don’t believe that it is really possible.

We have been trained to be passive. We have not been taught that we are powerful, that we create our present and our future. Now we are being pushed by life’s circumstances to step into our power, to claim our birthright as creative and limitless people. The New is always a bit unsettling. But if we take each other’s hands and step into the future with confidence, who knows what we can co-create together?!!

Dear ones, beloved of my heart,

When I see and hear people stepping into the future with joy and confidence, I want to shout, ‘YES’! It is my heartfelt desire that you, my darlings, step forward with a calm assurance inside, knowing that all is well and that you are held in divine love and care.

How does a baby become a toddler? They don’t just jump up and start running around! They stumble and fall and have to hang onto things as they get their balance and learn to walk. It takes courage and practice and a sense that it’s time to do things differently.

So it is with you, dear ones. Humanity is entering a time of change, a brand new stage of living! It is a time when you will find that you have wings, that you can fly! It is a time of expansion. Nothing that you need will be lost. All that you need is available to you this very moment.

Can you not sense that walls are coming down, that new possibilities are emerging in rich abundance? You can’t see the air but you know it exists, indeed is essential for life. So it is with Spirit-it exists always yet is invisible to your human eyes. This is a time to look with your heart for then you will see things that your physical eyes simply cannot see.

Come to me and your Unseen partners. Share your thoughts, your feelings, your fears and hopes and dreams. Create the world you want to see in your thoughts. Then take our hands and we will co-create it in the Seen realm. All is unfolding with perfect timing. Breathe the breath of life with me and know that we are moving beyond Eden to a new paradise beyond description.

This quote was shared by someone dear to me and has given me much to ponder. I can get very focused on the earth healing that needs to happen, yet we are intimately connected to the earth and affect each other in profound ways.

When we focus on healing the earth, often this means we look outside ourselves at things we can do. And those things are important. But it’s frequently harder to look inside ourselves at what needs to be changed and dealt with and healed.

It feels like Life, the universe, the Divine, whatever we each call this, is helping us along in this process. My sister and many others are facing financial uncertainty which can cause feelings ranging from uncomfortable to downright fear or even panic. The weather patterns definitely are getting our attention. Institutions that we have depended on for services and support for our way of life are feeling more fragile than they did in the past. It feels to me like things are being shaken up-personally and also collectively. For me it often feels very uncomfortable, frightening and sometimes very painful.

But if I can move beyond my fear and tendency to recoil at change, there are other emotions that are possible-excitement, anticipation, hope and a deep sense that massive healing is underway. A Course in Miracles says that fear is a sure sign that we are trusting in our own strength, rather than opening ourselves to the unlimited strength and abundance of the Divine.

I invite us to join our hearts in affirming the incredible love that will carry us through whatever challenges we, and our world, face.

Dear ones, beloved and precious,

Truly you are held in arms of love as the earth trembles and shifts and even shakes. Indeed change of a massive scale is underway, on the earth and beyond. If there are times that you are frightened or confused or angry, honor that. Hold yourself in a space of love and gentleness, for it can be hard when you sense that you are not in control of what is occurring.

Know with absolutely certainty that what is happening is guided with divine love and wisdom, not random happenstance. This is true for each of you and also for the Whole.

Consider an earthquake. It happens when pressure is building up, when things are out of alignment. After the quake, things are more stable and at ease. Fire is a needed part of a healthy forest. Yet after the fire, things look disastrous. It takes time for the new green shoots to appear and seed the rebirth which the fire helped to create.

My hands are outstretched to you, offering love, support and ways for your needs to be met-both your physical needs and also the needs that are unseen. When you are weary or frightened or overwhelmed, rest against me and I will share comfort, peace and guidance. Don’t try to hide your feelings. Share them with me and take a good look at them, acknowledging how they will help you to move to a better place.

I love every part of you! There is absolutely nothing you can do that would diminish the love of the Divine for you!! This is a healing time, a turning time, a transforming time. Together, my darlings, together we will move through this time and co-create heaven along the way. Know deep in your hearts and minds that all is well.

A sweet friend recently gave me a magnet with this on it. I was so touched by her thoughtfulness, as well as the hopeful message.

Personally and collectively, it feels like we are in such a time of birthing and leaving behind all that does not serve our highest good. But it is sometimes hard to see and hear the new amidst the noise and chaos of our times. Who amongst us hasn’t sometimes wished that we could hit a fast forward button? Yet we are creating our wings with each step (and flutter) of the journey.

When I long for big changes, I have to recognize how attached I am to the current way of living. Then I remember this from “Hope for the Flowers”. ‘How does one become a butterfly? You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.’

Dear and beloved ones,

How I love to affirm your beauty and how much I love you! I so very much want you to affirm this, as well. Yet so often I hear you affirming what is not your true self.

Do you see yourself as strong, powerful and wise? Or do you view yourself as inferior, weak and lacking wisdom? Your thoughts create your reality, whether you recognize this or not.

All you need is abundantly available to you. But unless you reach for it with confidence and enthusiasm, it will elude your grasp. You can blame yourself, others or whoever you choose to hold responsible. But it is simply a choice or actually a series of choices.

Affirm your strength, your capableness, your abilities, all that you want and dream about. It is there, my darlings, just waiting to be accessed and affirmed. As you take steps toward your goals and dreams, they will appear, often more quickly than you imagine possible. But you must be active, not passive. You are co-creators, not helpless children, waiting to be given what you want and need.

As you affirm the gifts that are within you, more will emerge in beauty and perfection. Always I hold you close to my heart of love. I am with you each step, holding your hand and your heart in my tender care. Rest against me when you are tired and sense our hearts beating in quiet rhythm. All is well, dear ones.

Miracles are everyone’s right, but purification is necessary first.

I have seen miracles happen this past week. One of my dear friends attended a healing touch class and while she was receiving a treatment, she experienced an amazing healing of the scoliosis in her back. My friend and mentor Nancy Joy Hefron told me about a tree near her home being struck by lightning and how the energy of the large stones around it has changed. I’m sure a portal has opened for energy flow-what a blessing!

Yet during this same time period, what I call ‘old crud’ came for a visit in my life-pain, fear, woundedness from my past. The circumstances that caused these things have passed but some of the old feelings have been stored inside me, needing to be brought to the surface for healing. It put me into a tailspin for a few days and I am working though them, grateful and off balance at the same time. I know in my heart that this is part of my purification. I want to leave the old feelings behind that no longer serve me so I can face the future cleansed and more whole.

I feel the earth participating in purification and each of us has our own process for doing this. In our oneness, we share the path and hold a space of love for each other as we purge and purify. As we leave the past behind, we can embrace the New which is unfolding in its perfect timing.

Dear ones, beloved of my heart,

Indeed there is a cleansing flood washing over the earth, touching each person, each plant, each creature, each stone and every corner of the planet and beyond. It is time to open up the closets, so to speak, and pull everything out-keeping what serves Divine perfection and releasing what does not. It’s time to scrub and clean and sort.

This is not an easy process. Yet it is much more manageable when you hold the hand of your Earth Mother and rest against my heart. Kindred spirits and friends will surround you as you do the hard work of freedom and healing. Your partners from the Unseen realm walk beside you, encouraging you and assisting you each moment.

This is a time to go deep into all that blocks you from the New. Each of you has your old wounds, pain, anger, injustices and inner darkness. As you bring these things forth into the light, the darkness will vanish. It is natural to avoid pain and things that make you fearful. Yet they are the very things that clear the path to healing and wholeness.

The New is near, much nearer than you realize. It is emerging and expanding in miraculous and marvelous ways. Open your hands, your eyes, your heart and receive it in beautiful abundance.

In the last few days, I seem to be bumping into fear-my own, other people’s and a sense of collective fear as we experience all of the changes that are taking place, such as weather catastrophes. As always, Nancy Joy’s words are a wonderful reminder that fear is actually a gift, not something to avoid or push aside. It leads us to places that need to be healed or shifted. It’s a lesson I continue to learn over and over. We don’t have to face fear alone, thank goodness. We have friends, family and helpers in the Unseen realm to be with us through everything that happens.

Beloved ones,

Indeed fear is embedded in the collective psyche of the earth. Now is a healing time, a transforming time, a time when wounds and pain and fear rise to the surface to be felt, healed and released. The fear is like dust flying when you clean your house. After the air clears, things feel better.

Many of you want to rise above your fear, push it aside, turn your back on it. That will not help in the healing. You are earth beings and fear is a dense, dark energy. It needs to be cleared away so you can fully enjoy the gifts that are being offered. Bring it into the light and it will vanish as clouds do when the sun shines through.

Help is flowing to the earth from every corner of the universe. It is rising from the depths of the earth to support the changes that are occurring. It is descending from the heavens. You need simply to be awake and aware and watchful as life unfolds. You have your roles, to be sure, but know that you have partners in the Unseen realm who are with you each moment, pouring out love and assistance.

Embrace your role as co-creator and change bearers. Anything that you leave behind will be replaced with things of much greater value…and I’m not talking about money! Love, peace, abundance of all kinds. These are yours, my darlings, if you but open your hands, your hearts, your eyes to receive them.

When I talk to people, I often sense an underlying sense of guilt when something comes up about the problems the earth is experiencing. Although we don’t often talk about it, I think most of us know that our consumption and choices are adding to the problems. And fear is certainly present, as well. Yet, we have such power to create, as well as damage and destroy. This quote was a comforting reminder that we can make a positive difference, if we choose to act on what is possible.

Precious and beloved ones,

Often I speak words of comfort and reassurance to you. Yet often I sense that they are falling on ears that have trouble hearing or accepting them.

The earth is showing you your power! I know it hurts to see the problems that humans have created. They make visible your power to damage and destroy. Please try to see the other aspect of your power-your ability to co-create beauty and build abundance. My darlings, this power is fully accessible to you each moment, right now this very minute!

You have the power to bring smiles to people’s faces or to hurt them with your words and actions. This is also true in your relationships with the earth and nature. When you care for the earth with love and conscious connection, how the nature realm rejoices! Certainly the earth and all of creation benefit. So do you! That love and connection is returned to you, dear ones.

You are loved by nature-animals, plants, trees and so much more, whether you are aware of this or not. When you become aware of what surrounds you-nature spirits, devas, nature beings and essences, you are blessed in amazing ways. You are held in intense and abiding love.

Nature does its part and so must you. Now is a time of healing and transformation. It is time to discover and embrace your power to co-create what you desire. Dream dreams and take tangible steps to make them reality. Your thoughts and ability to visualize what you want and need is far more expansive and powerful than most people imagine or believe.

Stretch yourself! Allow yourself to imagine things that seem impossible. Then be expectant, hopeful, trusting. Turn your face toward the light and darkness will vanish from your view. Take appropriate action and ask for the guidance and help that you need. Then relax and rest in the love that is flowing to you.

Be as generous as a comfrey plant.

Hello, this message about comfrey came to me this week as I was thinking about how each plant has its own wonderful characteristics and feel to it. Comfrey is a marvelous plant, often used in permaculture because it does so many things. It has a long taproot that goes deep into the soil, bringing up nutrients that are deposited in its leaves. The leaves sprawl around it and mulch the soil, releasing the nutrients where other plants can use them. I am interested to see what Gaia has to say about this!

Dear and beloved children, my friends,

Each moment you are invited and welcomed to let nature be your teacher, your partner, your friend. We learn from you, dear ones. We yearn to teach you our lessons and share our wisdom.

Indeed each plant has its role, its gift, its purpose, just as you do. What joy when people discover what makes their heart sing and their soul feel like flying!

Comfrey is a strong and resilient plant. Its deep roots reach down into the soil and find the nutrients that they need. First the comfrey uses what it needs for growth and development. It then shares the bounty with other life. What is the lesson? To care for your own needs before you try to care for others. When you are drained and worn out, you have little to share. Tend to your own needs before you try to give. Then you will be a joyful giver and all are blessed.

What else does comfrey teach? Sharing! Often humans withhold and hoard, fearful that they won’t have ‘enough’. This worry simply creates what you fear will happen, for your thoughts create your reality, whether you realize it or not. When your cup is full, share! This keeps the energy flowing and draws from the Divine Source which is without limit.

Comfrey also teaches endurance and resilience. Once a comfrey plant is established, it is almost impossible to remove. It survives many circumstances and challenges. So can you! Comfrey is connected to deep places where life flourishes. So are you! When life sends you difficulties, reach deep into the earth and high into the sky, where you can sense your oneness with all that is. Then you will find comfort, confidence and connection.

Comfrey is a cheerful plant, strong and happy to be of service. It has gifts and shares them gladly. When you care for your own needs, you will be cheerful and sharing will flow naturally from you to others and back again, blessing the circle of life.

I love you, my darlings. I hold you close to my heart during this Turning Time when all is being made new. Stay close to me and all will be well.

Dear ones, beloved and precious,

The earth is speaking. Are you listening? Long have I waited for this time, when the sleeping ones awaken and all can know for sure that the Goddess is rising.

What does it mean to have the Goddess rise? It means that balance is being restored upon the earth and beyond. Separation is being healed. Wholeness is being restored. It is glorious news! The division and polarity of male and female, rich and poor, old and young and so many more are being knit back together.

Many people can scarcely believe that a better world is possible. War, financial problems, injustice, disease, natural disasters. These seem so real and so ever present that it is a stretch to imagine that these things can disappear. But they can! All are choices and it is time to choose again. This is something each person can do each moment, each day.

Spend some time every day creating a new world in your mind, in your thoughts and in your heart. See each detail clearly-the beauty and peace and healing. This is important! This is how change begins and grows. When people see the mountain top, they have the vision and the courage to reach the peak and see a new vista stretching out in front of them.

This is the Transformation Time, the time of awakening, the time when heaven comes to earth. Each of you has a part, for each of you is a spark of the Divine, a precious piece of the whole. Perhaps the most important thing you can do is simply to enjoy the beauty of each day, each moment, each person, each part of earth’s creation.

Quiet your mind and breathe the breath of life with me. Rest against the heart of the Mother and feel my arms around you, my strength and wisdom flowing to you, my love surrounding you like a gentle cloud of goodness and light. Know that all is well, despite problems and even disasters. Soon all will become clear and the reasons will be obvious.
