I am so grateful for all the people who are sharing their insights and wisdom during this time of shifting consciousness. It helps me to be excited and joyful (most of the time) during the changes we are experiencing. We are all sharing in the birthing process of a new way to live and the sharing is part of the joy, as well.

I know this example is rather mundane but it helps me to remember the inner and outer aspects of change. As I shared in a recent message, I am doing some in-depth house cleaning which is mostly sorting and purging my possessions, reorganizing the things I choose to keep and giving away the things that I no longer want or need. I am pulling everything out of closets, boxes, shelves and drawers. During the process it looks like an absolute mess. But as I sort and put things away or box up things to give away, order returns and things feel so much better than before. Often it takes 2 or 3 stages to do this at a deep level. I ask myself what I want to keep and why-what is the purpose. I ask what I am ready to let go of and share with someone who might be able to use it. I can’t say I really enjoy this process completely but it feels so much better when I am done.

This cleansing process is mirrored in my inner life, as I sort through the patterns, relationships and beliefs that are part of my thinking and being. What no longer serves my highest good? What is worth keeping? What new things need to come into my life?

As a new year-2012!-dawns, let’s join our hearts and welcome the adventures that lie before us.

Those of us who exist in the realm outside of linear time and space join with you during this birth of a New Age. Often people want us to join you in the 3^rd dimension. We prefer to invite you into our dimensions, where the density and lower vibrations of 3-D don’t impose limitations.

Take some time each day to envision a world where you are not bound by the current problems and limitations. Imagine a world filled with light, love and freedom! If you can imagine it, you can enter it-right now!!! This very moment!!! My darlings, the New is within you and around you at all times! It is a choice that is accessible to you without any limits except for the ones you create and live with, based on the limits you alone impose on your life.

The New Age is not something that will be given to you. It is something you simply need to own and claim. All you really have to do is open your hands, your hearts, your minds, your eyes. You can then receive it, in all of its beauty and light. You are co-creating it all the time.

The New is the essence of all that you want and need. It will fill you with a contentment so deep that you will be completely satisfied. The New is love, peace, joy with all needs met, right down to the deepest places of your being.

As you breathe it into your heart and soul, you will feel the cares of the world slip away, vanishing as the darkness does when light comes. Simply ask and receive. It really is as simple as that. Your friends and partners in the Unseen realm are with you each step of the way, welcoming you with love and great happiness. Enjoy the New for it is abundant beyond your wildest dreams.

I have been in the midst of some deep housecleaning. I think it reflects an inner cleansing which sometimes feels like a purging of what is no longer useful. It is time-consuming and not particularly enjoyable but it feels so good to finish a part of it and move on to more. The biggest external job is going through all of my ‘stuff’ and passing along anything that can be useful to someone else. I try to keep as much as possible out of the landfill. I am going deeper than I ever have before, really asking why I have a particular possession and getting rid of it if it no longer has deep meaning to me. Certainly, there is an internal aspect, asking why I hold onto outdated ideas, relationships, etc.

I see this same process happening on a macro level. It’s time to become conscious of our choices and purge out whatever no longer serves our highest good. There are many levels from the personal to the collective. When I think about it that way, I get very excited. The empty spaces can be filled with new spiritual treasures, flowing from the Divine to us, the Beloved!

Beloved ones, my precious darling co-creators,

Indeed, go deep during this time of transformation and healing. People carry deep and infected wounds inside of them, reflected in the outer world. Perhaps the most important thing to do is to turn to the Healer inside of you and the healing power abundantly available to you from the Unseen, spiritual realm.

Like a child who comes to a parent for help in removing a splinter, turn to your friends and partners in the Unseen realm for help and guidance on the road to wholeness. You will never be ignored or turned away. Always you are welcome to snuggle close to the loving beings who surround you and hold you in a loving embrace.

Open yourself to healing and it will flow to you in quiet, beautiful ways. The earth energy is supporting this in ways beyond your imagination! Things that might have taken years in the past can now happen quickly with ease and effortlessness. Just ask and bring your openness to this healing process. Then breathe and allow it to happen. Feel the love that envelopes you like a warm and gentle cloud. Sense its presence inside of you, as well.

Don’t be distressed by the outer chaos and tumult that you see around you. It is the evidence of cleansing that is sweeping across the earth and beyond. Following in its path is a healing flood of peace, joy and the beauty of life’s web re-emerging in perfection and abundance.

All is well! Never doubt this truth. Miracles are ever near, just waiting to enter your life as you are ready for them. I hold you close to my heart as we birth the New Age that we are co-creating. You are my Beloved ones, treasured and adored.

As the seasons change from fall to winter where I live in Iowa, I have been reflecting on the other ways we are experiencing changes and shifts-internally and externally. Jim Self says that our 3^rd dimensional reality is dissolving and it is our role to move forward into higher dimensions. Yet we are so deeply programmed in the current paradigm and culture that many are finding it challenging to make the needed changes.

Certainly, it is often comfortable to stay in the status quo, even if it’s not a great place to be. Yet when we can step forward with courage and resolve, there is such a better space for us to grow into. As is so often the case, nature is the mirror and provides the tangible, visible examples of how the process works. From the trees shedding their leaves in autumn to the snake wiggling out of its outgrown old skin to the butterfly entering and then emerging from the chrysalis, growth is a natural and needed part of life’s journey.

May we embrace the shift(s) with grace and joy.

Dear ones, my beloved,

Know for sure, my darlings, that you are not alone in the changes and shifts of the current age. I go with you through these times of transformation and rebirth. The earth is changing its vibration and I, too, am in a process of change. Yes! The Divine is not a static, unchanging energy field. It grows and changes and expands, just as you do.

This is Oneness! This is shared experience, where all is held gently in love, only love, always love, love overflowing. You are not alone. You are treasured and cherished and cared for during each moment of your journey. You are returning to the heart of the Creator where the illusion of separateness is being healed. This is good news!

Look at the big picture. Nothing stays the same forever. In the Universe, constant change is the norm. Stars are born and then change. Light travels without stopping. Molecules are in constant motion. Yet nothing is lost or destroyed.

Sometimes change occurs in small increments. At other times change is abrupt and bigger. Quiet your minds and find the place of stillness in your heart and soul. In this place you will sense the perfect unfolding of the current stage of life. You will realize what your role is-what you need to do and what you need to allow to happen.

Don’t take the weight of the world on your shoulders. That is unnecessary. Take a walk in nature’s beauty and sense the peacefulness that surrounds you. Snuggle under a blanket and imagine yourself held in the arms of your Earth Mother, loved and tenderly cared for. Lift your eyes to Father Sky, the sun and moon, knowing that you are a part of unlimited abundance that is always available to you.

Our species will require hundreds, if not thousands, of years to consciously process all the abuses that were the natural result of our rise to consciousness during the 16.4 billion years described by the (Mayan) Calendar. …there is no turning back now. Now that we have attained fruition through these nine phases of evolution, we will learn to respect the incredible intelligence of each cell; protect all species; value the genius of family bonding; admire the awesome power of mind; feel the power in our hearts; identify hierarchical power; bless nature’s plenty; use technology as a tool, not a toy; and enjoy the bliss of Oneness. October 28, 2011, the date set forth by some as the end of the Mayan calendar, has come and gone. I definitely felt something shift inside me, particularly the day before this end date.

As I have reflected on this, at first I had a question in my mind as to whether anything significant really happened. I look around and see a lot of ‘same old, same old’, so to speak. What has emerged for me from this questioning is a message that this dawning of a new age is a beautiful birthing process and that birth takes more than one contraction. October 28 was a major one but just part of the birthing process.

I am looking forward to 11-11-11 when a group I belong to will be traveling to create ceremony on the land where we each live. What a wonderful way to bring Gaia and the nature realm into deeper relationship with us during this shift in consciousness. It feels like we will be crossing yet another threshold. I hope you are able to do something fun and meaningful on this special day.

Surely you are feeling the changes that are occurring so rapidly now, even when visible evidence may not be easy to see with your physical eyes. This is no accident. The New is much about seeing with your heart, your spirit, your soul. Your physical eyes see such a narrow range of what is available to you. You are being shown and led to see in a new and beautiful way.

If your vision of the New is not clear, look for what is blocking you. Fear is a dense vibration and can keep you focused on old dramas and ways of doing things. Feel the fear and then release it, knowing that lighter vibrations of love, peace and contentment are most ready to replace it. Indeed love is spiraling around you and within you, just waiting to be welcomed into your heart, your mind, your very being.

Close your eyes and sense the angels, nature spirits and myriad beings of light surrounding you in love and joy. We are your friends and you are our Beloved. Rest in this knowing and you will sense the flow that is carrying us all to a Oneness without end.

Carl Calleman, expert on the Mayan calendar, says that this calendar and the cycles that it tracks end on October, 28, 2011. As this date approaches, I have been thinking about my relationship with time. Before our technology, people kept track of time using the moon, sun and stars. Now I look at numbers on a clock. Pretty disconnected from the rhythms of the earth and cosmos.

Calleman and many others predict that the end of the Mayan calendar will help to create a shift to unity consciousness. But obviously people have to co-create this, not passively wait to have it happen automatically.

I feel a sense of expectation but want to be open to whatever happens. I think there are surprises in store so it will be most interesting to see what unfolds.

Life is full of endings and beginnings. As the energy of the earth vibrates at a higher, faster level, many people are feeling unsettled, anxious and even fearful. Many are unaware of why they are feeling this way. Others are attuned to the changes and are excited and even joyful.

Boundless possibilities are within your reach at this magnificent time in the history of the earth and humanity. Yet you cannot help to create the New until you grasp what is happening and how important your role is.

Loosen your grip upon the things of the current age. Let things that you no longer need slip away. You will receive the New when your minds, your hearts, your hands are open and receptive. Turn around! Face the dawn! Then all will be revealed and become clear.

Your role is simple. Not easy perhaps, but quite simple. Be love! Breathe love. Stretch your minds and hearts to receive all that is being offered. The vibration of love is energizing, powerful and full of light and sound. You will be guided each step of the way so don’t fret about what the future will hold. Just listen and respond.

There is a great need for people to turn inward, quiet the noisy chatter of their minds and tune out the loud noises of the world. Acknowledge the gifts that are already yours and more will flow to you. Smile, dance and sing a joyful tune. You are not alone. You have innumerable partners in the Unseen realm who walk beside you and prepare the path. All is well, held in Divine care and love.

When I first heard those words, my reaction was, ‘huh??” I had been taught that learning came from books, schools, universities, laboratories, teachers, parents, people with wisdom and experience. The idea that I could learn from nature seemed surprising, even startling. I thought of nature as beautiful and the source of many things of life but not as my teacher.

So, I started noting and noticing things. And as I did this, I realized how much I could indeed learn from nature.

I had a wonderful lesson when my friend Nan told a group we are in together that she needed to find homes for her aloe plant which was in birthing mode. When I looked at the plant, I was amazed! The plant was literally detaching from the soil in the pot. It had produced lots of little plants that were leaning on the bigger parts of the plant and nearly falling out onto the shelf.

Nan explained that the plants store enough water and nutrients to survive for a long time without contact with soil. Like butterflies emerging from their chrysalis, these plants were reaching out for new homes, trusting that someone(s) would plant them in new soil. There were 2 large parent plants, also ready for new pots. Nothing was dead or dying. It was life expanding and venturing into new territory.

I was thrilled to take one of the plants home. I began to see how this plant was a metaphor, a teacher showing me how nature creates abundance. I could see the importance of storing nourishment for times when I needed strength during a time of transplanting. I thought about the faith that we need to adventure into the unknown, quietly waiting for care to be offered from an unexpected source.

I found new stores of courage as I look around and see so much fear as the world undergoes rapid changes. I hope that you will find messages to uplift and instruct you, just as I did from the aloe plant.

As you look around you, surely you can see light everywhere and sense messages flowing from the Unseen to guide and teach you. You are not alone during this time of change and transformation. The caterpillar does not die when it enters the cocoon. It is simply the movement of one life form growing into another.

So it is with you, my darlings. Be calm amidst the storms that seem frightening and sometimes overwhelming. Quiet your minds and get in touch with the peace and inner knowing that will sustain and uphold you as the New emerges in its beauty and perfection.

A snake does not shed its old skin until the new is ready to protect it. So it is with you. Know with unshakable certainty that all is being orchestrated with Divine timing. You will fly when your wings are ready and that will be soon indeed. Look around. You will see those who are already soaring. Perhaps you are one of them. I find these times to be so interesting. Some people seem so attuned to the earth changes and energy shifts that are happening. Others seem to be oblivious.

I am so grateful for those who are awakened to what is going on. Their insights help me put things in perspective which is very helpful as I watch our economic system and institutions falter. There is so much fear about the crumbling of our current systems. Yet some can see the wonderful possibilities that are emerging-for connection, community and collective oneness.

I am reminded of Gaia’s comforting words-that we are constantly held in love, only love, always love, love overflowing. May you be ever aware of that beautiful truth as we go through these turbulent times.

Dear ones, my beloved,

Surely, in your times of quiet contemplation you can sense and know that you are held in arms of love as the earth shifts and the winds of change blow throughout the cosmos. All is well, held in Divine love and care.

Try to see the big picture as we go through this shift in perception. Just as there are reasons for earthquakes and volcanoes, so it is with the massive changes that are occurring right now with people. Things are being brought into your awareness so you can see them clearly and take action. In doing so, you reclaim the power that you have given away to institutions and those with authority and power.

Each of you has power to make changes that benefit yourself and everyone else at the same time. Step into your power!! Don’t stand passively by and simply watch the changes. Get involved! Stand up for what you believe in! Do what is life-giving and stop doing things that deplete your energy and time. It may not be easy but it’s really quite simple.

As you shed the old skin of complacency and passive dependency, the world will change with you. That’s how much power you have.

The size of the changes doesn’t really matter. Picking up a piece of trash or smiling tenderly at a little animal is life-changing, although these gestures may seem small or insignificant. Each action, tiny or huge, is important. Each thought creates a new reality so be very mindful of your thoughts, as well as your actions.

Enjoy the process! Have fun! Just as nature dances with the wind and the tides, so can you. Close your eyes and picture yourselves dancing with the rhythm of the swaying trees and the flames of a fire. Then get up and move. It will feel good, my darlings.

For everything there is a season…

Hello, I haven’t written for a while-partly because I was gone to a wedding and partly because things just weren’t flowing. I realized that the change of the seasons has really been affecting me as we transition in Iowa from summer to fall. And I think a big part of it is sensing that there are even bigger transitions and changes in the air. Carl Calleman, who studies the Mayan calendar, says that the ‘end of time’ is actually October 28, 2011 rather than December 21, 2012. I think I have been feeling the shifts and transitions in my body and soul and it has been intense.

Regardless of the exact date of the end of the Mayan calendar, we are most certainly in a time of transformation. Things are being shaken up and it can be unsettling. Yet there is also a sense of excitement and anticipation for what we are experiencing and what lies ahead.

I belong to a group that is having a wonderful celebration on 11-11-11 to mark this doorway to the New. We are traveling to each other’s land and doing ceremonies of blessing. I hope you will make plans to do something special on this date, as well.

Indeed you are entering a doorway to the New Heaven and the New Earth. It can be difficult to leave behind the old, yet there is much which you have outgrown, which no longer serves your highest good and divine purpose.

Be gentle with yourselves as you experience the shifts and changes of the birthing of a new age. Snuggle close to my heart when you are weary or frightened or uncertain of what to do next. Always I am here for you, as close as your next breath, the next beat of your heart that is attuned to the beat of my heart.

Consider the snake which sheds its old skin when a new one is needed. Or the tree that drops its leaves in the proper season, only to re-grow new ones in the spring. Your chrysalis time is not as visible, yet it is occurring in perfect timing and you are held in arms of love each moment.

Take my hand and the hands of your beloved ones for together you will find peace and deep fulfillment. Stay close to nature for she is well able to share her wisdom and guidance at all times. Nature has never lost its connection to the Whole, to the Divine and you are re-weaving the web of life that will carry you into the bliss of the New.

Know deep inside that all is well and that just as the butterfly follows the caterpillar, you will find your wings and fly.

I have been struggling through some issues from my past that have stirred up judgment. I have felt judged and I ended up being very judgmental of those who I felt were judging me. Whew! What a mess. Yet, in the long run it has been very positive. Things have come to the surface where I can take a look at them, acknowledge them, deal with them and ultimately release them.

I’m still in the midst of some of it but I do know what my goal is. It is to be free of the expectations and judgments of others. And it is to free myself from being judgmental and having unrealistic expectations of others.

As Marianne Williamson says, ‘thoughts of judgment block the light.’ That’s a huge shift from our current culture. We need to use our intelligence to make wise decisions but labeling things good or bad, right or wrong just adds to the darkness. My friend Nancy Joy Hefron has done such a wonderful job of helping me learn that we need to bring darkness into the light and bring all of ourselves into integration, rather than fragmentation and separation.

Dear ones, beloved and cherished,

Indeed you are surrounded by opportunities to choose either the Old or the New. The old way has been about hierarchy and separation, judgment and superiority. Humanity has delved deeply into this way of being and you have learned much from it. Nothing is wasted. There is nothing to regret. Just grow and learn!

What is the New? It is accepting and being accepted. Loving and being loved. Wholeness and unity. Bringing darkness into the light.

Can you not feel your very being relax and breathe more freely as you think of these ideas from the New? The old culture is dissolving, having served its usefulness. Now it is time to discover and explore new vistas and new ways of thinking and feeling.

Your Earth Mother and all of the nature realm are creating and holding space for you to experience and enjoy this new energy! It’s available to you right now, this very moment. Go sit quietly beneath a tree and feel the New pulsing, rising!! Walk barefoot upon the earth and sense your connection to the great I AM. Touch a flower, smile at a butterfly or bee.

You have learned well the ways of judgment, scarcity and unhealthy control. Now it is time to learn more deeply the ways of peace, light, love and acceptance. Give and you will receive, seek and you will most definitely find. Continue to shed the skin of the old order and walk the way of the new. It will be beautiful beyond your current ability to comprehend.

I was trying to figure out which quote to use with this message. When this one came to my mind, I felt like my whole body was vibrating with it. What a powerful reminder for us as the Mayan calendar reaches its crescendo and we live the dawning of a new way of living and being!

For me, the take away idea is that I need to focus on more than just the excitement of the new age that is birthing. The new age is thrilling, to be sure. But I also need to examine the vessel that will hold the new.

I believe that absolutely everything is changing right now, in beautiful ways. All parts of our lives need to vibrate at the level of the new. We need to take a good look at our relationships, our jobs, where we live, our yards, our parenting, what organizations we belong to, etc. Everything needs to be vibrating at the same rate or there will be discord and distortion.

I was fascinated when someone told me that the recent earthquake in Virginia had cracked the top of the Washington monument. We need to look for the cracks in our lives-indicators that things need to be examined and shifted. It can be scary and uncomfortable, at times, but the result will be magnificent!

My beloved ones,

Yes!!! NOW is the time to get your house in order, so to speak. It is truly past time to examine each and every part of your lives and do some serious ‘house cleaning’ of any part that vibrates at a low, dense vibration.

The energy and vibration of the earth is ascending. You absolutely must be vibrating with me or there will be some serious discomfort and even damage. You are held in arms of love as you go through this massive shift in consciousness. But you must do your part by clearing out old density and anything that holds you in the current culture which is crumbling before your very eyes.

The New is being born in beauty and perfection. But those who cling to the old will have a rough time. The old systems and ways of living have served their purpose. Now it is time to embrace the fullness of life as you become the magnificent spirit beings that is your birthright. Your bodies must ascend so they can hold the light of your new being. Indeed every part of your life must be in sync so you can be an integrated whole.

This is a time to smile and dance!! It is a time to embrace the wonder and the beauty and the miracle of new life that is fully available to you this very moment! Joy is yours if you but open your eyes, your hands, your hearts to receive it.

Breathe out fear and breathe in love. Close your eyes and feel the vibration and song of the new age! Together we will celebrate the wholeness, the healing, the unspeakable joy of all our dreams come true.
